Once a parcel is picked up by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, DHL or Fedex, it is out of our hands and we are not responsible for delays, missing/lost packages, or shipping damage. Any amount owing upon delivery or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep an eye on your tracking number to ensure a successful delivery and contact the carrier if you have further questions about your parcel.
Rejected, undeliverable and unclaimed parcels will be shipped back to Canada and any additional shipping fees, duties and/or taxes incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are and what shipping method you select at checkout. Orders shipped within Canada will take 2-7 business days to arrive. USA & International deliveries can take anywhere from 2-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship internationally and overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally!

What shipping carriers do you use?
Standard orders within Canada are shipped out via Canada Post. Express & Oversized orders are shipped out via UPS, Purolator, FedEx or DHL. Orders to the US & International orders will be shipped out via UPS, Purolator, FedEx or DHL. For standard orders, you’ll be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Where is my package?
You will be able to track the location of your package and the estimated delivery date on your shipping confirmation email sent to you within 24-48 hours after purchase. Just a reminder that this email will be separate from your order confirmation email, so be careful not to miss it!
